Though I suppose this will be just a summer house with cobwebs on the ceiling and mould on the floor when it comes to posting frequency. I joined DW because a number of my online friends are hanging out here and it's easier to comment and follow friends with an account. And LJ is getting more unreliable every day.

My main home (no cobwebs and mould there, I promise; but maybe some good wine) is my blog, The Lost Fort, where I post about history and my travels, with lots of photos.

If I'm going to inhabit this summer house some day, it may be for writing snips and perhaps some personal musing that don't fit the scope of my blog. Nevertheless, I'll welcome friends here gladly. Just make sure you don't have arachnophobia. *grin*
